I guess you could say my tunes are pop-oriented, with rock and smooth jazz thrown in for good measure (no pun intended, heheheh). There's mainly 2 styles I like to write: pop radio vocals, and theme-oriented instrumentals, depending on whether or not I feel like writing lyrics. I really have fun coming up with melodies featuring a variety of instruments -- electric and acoustic guitar, trumpets, flutes, violins, and the seemingly never-ending array of various synthesizer sounds.
Major influences are The Who (mainly the albums "Tommy" and "Quadrophenia"), and all albums of The Beatles since, not only did the Beatles have great albums, but their music defined and shaped most -- if not all -- of what we hear today
